Issue with Issue with Discrepancy Review List Report are getting different values in Discrepancy review list report while searching with Order no /wh-

Issue-

1.Receipt available quantity while searching PO/WH showing different value
which is giving a different Variance quantity

We would like to know why discrepancy report is having different results. Attached are two Examples showing one report run by order number and one run as a whole list of warehouse discrepancies. As you can see the information is different when I would have thought it should be the same. As this list is used to send information to Warehouse's I need to understand why these prints are different.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.Navigate to Discrepancy Review List
2.Search only with order no and check the report
3.Then search only with WH and check the report

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are getting confused which value is correct.
