Symptoms
When attempting to run the ExtPriceImport_Ops_Process batch job using the EXTPC_*file as input, the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a file EXTPC_20241218222116_2201_S.csv and load it into FTS /imports prefix.
2. Log onto POM batch monitoring
3. Run job ExtPriceImport_Ops_Process by passing the parameter for storeId=1111
4. Job fails with error.
