Symptoms
On: MFCS/RMS 24.1.301.3.1 version
When the CFA text has a single quote, the CFA column in the ORDHEAD_CFA_EXT table has value stored with an extra single quote.
Steps to Reproduce
-----------------------
1. Update an Order with Comments and ORDHEAD CFA having apostrophe/single quote in the text.
2. Observe that the ORDHEAD.comments is updated properly. However the ORDHEAD_CFA_EXT has a extra apostrophe/single quote.
