Transfer Shipment API is Returning Different Value Than Whatever Is In DB (Doc ID 3068392.1)

Goal

A shipment record in TSF_SHIP table has DESTINATION_TYPE as 3 (3 is warehouse), but when the transfer shipment API is invoked, via postman, the API is returning DESTINATION_TYPE as 2. There is not any destination type as 2 in the data model.
