End User Notification Emails Such as "User Activation" Or "Password Reset" Are Not Being Sent to the User's Email Address (Doc ID 3068394.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
A new Unifier user is created in Primavera Administration or the user's password is reset by the Cloud Administrator, but the users are not receiving the notification emails.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect that when resetting the password for a new or existing user account, the user will receive the password reset notification email.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log in to the Identity Console.
  2. Navigate to Notifications > Confirm that the option "Enable notifications for all identity domain users" is enabled.
  3. Navigate to Primavera Administration > User Administration > Find the user account that needs a password reset > Click the gear icon > Reset Password > Select either "Auto-generate the Password" or "Manually Change the Password" > Click "Reset Password".
  4. The user never receives the notification email.
