Goal

Creating 'Manage Assortment' Workbook results in the Error below. This started occurring following an upgrade to 24.2.401.

Error finishing wizard for template <TEMPLATE_NAME> - CancelWizardException: Pre-range masking resulted in an empty set for 'atth' wizard.
  Workbook cannot be built.
  Please try again. If the issue persists, contact your administrator.

Additionally, regenerating the 'Manage Assortment' Workbook displays a different error: 
   Position set empty for :attd after ranging by measure 'lppmatrprerngf'
   Exception: CancelWizardException: Pre-range masking resulted in an empty set for 'atth' wizard. Workbook cannot be built.
