SCCEXT_JOB should complete as per expected time frame.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run SCCEXT_JOB with more number of cost changes that would result in updating of close to 4M records in item_loc_soh.
2. Notice that the batch runs long.
