Custom Print RTF Template Does Not Display the Correct Amount of Templates in BI That Are Available in Unifier (Doc ID 3068828.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
A custom print with three templates displays the correct file name on Unifier, however the file names are not unique and are duplicated/overlapped on Business Intelligence (BI). Other times there is only one template displayed on BI although there are multiple templates available on Unifier.
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The template file should not be overlapped

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log in to Unifier.
  2. Open Company Workspace in Admin mode.
  3. Expand "Configuration" node.
  4. Open Custom Templates.
  5. Search and Open Custom Print.
  6. Open all Custom Templates in Custom Print (Each template has unique filename).
  7. Navigate to BI.
  8. Open Catalog.
  9. Expand UUU_xxx file.
  10. Edit template (The template files do not have unique filenames. The filenames are overlapped/duplicated)
