Symptoms
When attempting to run an Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integration from a Primavera application, the following error occurs.

Error while processing authentication at Trigger. Failed due to - 403 : Forbidden
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Initiate an OIC integration from within a Primavera application and it fails.
2. Run the same OIC integration from within OIC and it runs successfully.
