REIM: Non_merch Invoice Uploader Template Is Missing Some Columns And Have A Redundant Tab (Doc ID 3069918.1)

Goal

PROBLEM with the new template from 19.3.023 version

When compared with existing PROD template some differences where found.

1. The non_merch Invoice uploader template is missing following columns:

"Header" tab has these columns missing :
Currency Code Payment Terms Reference 1 Reference 2 Reference 3 Reference 4 Comment

"Non_Merchandise_Costs" tab has these columns missing

Tax Rate Tax Basis

2. has a redundant tab: Non_Merchandise_Costs_Tax
And when data is filled in this tab, it gives a duplicate tax issue

3. Has a missing tab: "Attachment" tab is missing in the new template.
