Error 'Primavera.Importexport.Exe is not responding' When Scrolling Filters in Update Baseline (Doc ID 3069920.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to scroll through Filters when Updating a Baseline in P6 Professional, the application freezes and the following error occurs:

Primavera.ImportExport.exe is not responding

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into P6 Professional v24.10 using SSO.
  2. Open a Project with a Baseline attached.
  3. Go to Project > Maintain Baseline.
  4. Highlight the Baseline to update and click the Update button.
  5. In the Update Baseline window, select Activities.
  6. Click the All activities within the following filter radio button.
  7. Click the ellipse button [...] and the Activity Filters.
  8. Attempt to scroll down the list, observe the reported error.
