Error 'Primavera.Importexport.Exe is not responding' When Scrolling Filters in Update Baseline

Symptoms
When attempting to scroll through Filters when Updating a Baseline in P6 Professional, the application freezes and the following error occurs:
Primavera.ImportExport.exe is not responding
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Log into P6 Professional v24.10 using SSO.
- Open a Project with a Baseline attached.
- Go to Project > Maintain Baseline.
- Highlight the Baseline to update and click the Update button.
- In the Update Baseline window, select Activities.
- Click the All activities within the following filter radio button.
- Click the ellipse button [...] and the Activity Filters.
- Attempt to scroll down the list, observe the reported error.
