Symptoms
On : 24.1 version, Pricing - Promotions
When cancelling an offer, you observe the end-date is updated with current date but the time is 00:00
End Date Time expected to be current date with time as 23:59:00
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select an active promotion with end date in the future.
-- Observe that the end date time is 23:59:00 in the rpm_promo_offer table
2. Cancel this promo offer. observe that the end date is the current date however the time is 00:00 instead of 23:59
