Symptoms

RPM POM jobs failing in Standalone with error.

The execution request for RPM_CLEARANCE_INDUCTION_JOB failed with the error:

ERROR

Error message: oracle.retail.apps.oam.common.rest.exception.ReSTInvocationException: javax.ws.rs.ProcessingException: java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out, Cause: Unknown

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Select Stand alone jobs in POM
2. Review requests for - RPM_CLEARANCE_INDUCTION_JOB and - RPM_CLEARANCE_CACHE_ADHOC_JOB
3. Note they have failed.
