Symptoms
EICS - Item Details shows incorrect value for "Received Today"
When looking at EICS Item Detail screen (from Item Lookup) the value shown at "Received Today" for an item received multiple times on the same day at a store, does not seem correct. The value we see just shows the last receipt value and not the total received quantity during that day.
Every time you do a receipt (in this test you are auto receiving the shipment), the value changes to the quantity received instead of providing a view on the total received on that same day.
For this field the documentation states (https://docs.oracle.com/en/industries/retail/store-inventory-op-cloud/24.1.301.0/reiug/lookups.htm#GUID-16F753B6-CCFD-4807-BF8A-3815D68B63C7):
"A bar graph is also displayed to show the inventory status of the item. The header also gives information about the Total SOH, Available SOH, Unavailable SOH, Shopfloor and Delivery Bay quantity, First Received Date, Last Received Date, Last Counted Date and the units received today."
So behavior is not consistent with field description neither documentation.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Observe LAST_RECEIVED_QUANTITY for an item with stock (in a store A)
2. Move item stock from another location (WH) to store A in 3 transfers
- TSF1 (20 Units)
- TSF2 (10 Units)
- TSF3 (5 Units)
3. Receive transfers one by one, in the same day, and observe that:
- LAST_RECEIVED_QUANTITY is updated with latest received QTY.
- In EICS Item Lookup > Item Detail screen the value shown at "Received Today" matches LAST_RECEIVED_QUANTITY
However expectation here is to have the sum all all received quantity for that day, not just the last received quantity.
