ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In the "Request for Proposal" (RFP) Business Process (BP), there is a system defined tab called "Proposal Management". It is not being translated into any non-English language per the user preferences.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The system defined tab "Proposal Management" should be translated into the "Language" that is selected for each user in Preferences > Region Format.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Log into Unifier as a user that has their preferences set to some supported non-English language.
- Navigate to a Project/Shell where the Request for Proposal (RFP) BP is deployed.
- Open an RFP BP record and note that all system strings are correctly translated to the preferred language, but the "Proposal Management" tab is still displayed in English.
