Goal

User have done a POC on clearing of suspense entries in AHCS and ingesting them back into AFCS, and ERP Journal Ingestion process is not loading those records into AFCS.

Steps Followed:

1. Invalid COA segment values were sent to accounting hub and those were posted to suspense in AHCS.
2. Back feed was executed in AFCS and these suspense entries came back to AFCS and got decomposed
3. These suspense entries were cleared in AHCS i.e., these were posted to a different account as part of which debit and credit journals were created in AHCS. These entries were posted by manual creation of journals in AHCS.
4. BICC jobs and then ERP journal ingestion process was executed.
5. The process did not load any records into AFCS even though BICC files have the data.
