Symptoms
When attempting to login to P6 OCI using P6Professional Cloud Connect connection,
the following error occurs.
ERROR
"Invalid user name or password. Please try again."
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Launch P6 Professional.
- Enter P6 OCI login credentials.
- Click Connect.
- Observe the error message.
