Block Consignment/Consession Item Transfers At A Store Item Level (Doc ID 3071119.1)

Goal

There are some items in Store A which are concession Items and Store B the same items are consignment. As of today, our stores are able to transfer this item from Store A to Store B which is creating some issues with the commercial agreements.

Is it possible to block this transfer for the above items?
