Data Conversion ITEM_LOC Entity Incorrect Sequence Issue During Mass Upload (Doc ID 3071122.1)

Symptoms

There is an entity sequence issue when doing mass upload processing, ITEM_LOC is processing before NIL_DETAIL_R causing error.

Steps To Reproduce:

  1.  Load all the files to the Data Conversion application, including Foundation Data, Items, Ranging (NIL_DETAIL_R), "Update Item/Location price" (ITEM_LOC).
  2. Run a mass upload.
  3. See that the "ITEM_LOC" data entity errors with the error, as it is processed before the ranging ("NIL_DETAIL_R"): "Error: The Item/Location relationship does not exist."
