Goal

Customer has raised concerns about the manual process required for running the Gather Stats as part of the Back Flow process.
Since there is no API available, the process has to be executed manually by the support each time, which the customer finds unacceptable for a SaaS application. Customer believes this issue should not be exposed to the customer and have requested either automation of the process or the provision of an API to allow customers to run it themselves.
