Goal

Customer Engagement Promotion not imported in MFCS / RESA

There is an active promo in CE which is not being imported into RESA thru the service API


The same promo is available to Xstore and it is related to an employee discount. A sale for an employee has been done in Xstore and when importing the sales transaction with this discount in RESA the transaction is marked with error because the promotion and offer doesn't exists in MFCS / RESA.
