Symptoms
Unable to proceed with Bulk uploading in FCCM watchlist is disable/not working.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Access the cloud application
2. Click on the watchlist management
3. Click on private watchlist
4. Upload the file
Expected result:
The file should upload successfully
Actual result
The file is not uploading and got the below error.
Error observed:
error in the watchlist service
"Jan 30, 2025 03:46:26.416 PM","java.lang.NullPointerException: Cannot invoke ""Object.toString()"" because the return value of ""org.apache.poi.ss.usermodel.Row.getCell(int)"" is null
