When Condition Type is Blank, Only PT Term Shows on Medwatch Form Section B7 (Doc ID 3071615.1)

Symptoms

MedWatch Section B7 is showing Verbatim instead of Coded PT

When Medical History includes the "Condition Type" for example "Current Condition" or "Historical Condition" it will print both the Verbatim and the PT as expected.
But, when the Condition Type is blank, only the PT term shows and this doesn’t align with the release notes.

STEPS TO REPEAT:Enter a Condition Type in the Patient > Other Relevant History section
Enter a Verbatim Term
Encode
Save
Draft > MedWatch Drug
