Goal

Getting error while validating the AFCS template for an SLA configuration
“The source short name cannot be the same as TRANSACTION_REVERSAL_FLAG or EVENT_TYPE_CODE.”

Simulation steps:
Create an SLA (COMMERCIALSLA) which includes custom attribute created in AFCS SLA as expected by ERP system
attribute name: TRANSACTION REVERSAL FLAG
physical name: TRANSACTION_REVERSAL_FLAG
Save the SLA and download the template
Click on validate
It throws the validation error
“The source short name cannot be the same as TRANSACTION_REVERSAL_FLAG or EVENT_TYPE_CODE.”
