Goal
Customer have an extension that requires them to add the FT GL records in the Payment FT. The FT GLs should be added to the Payment FT because customer wants specific tender amount to go to specific GL Account. customers pay the tax directly to the Tax Authority and then submit the tax certificate as payment tender.
