On: MFCS/RHCS 24.1.401.0 version, Integrating Source Application - Retail Merchandising Foundation CS
The users are experiencing extreme slowness when executing queries in RDS.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Log in to the RDS console
2. Execute any select in the database and you will see that it is extremely slow.
