Symptoms

On: MFCS/RHCS 24.1.401.0 version, Integrating Source Application - Retail Merchandising Foundation CS

The users are experiencing extreme slowness when executing queries in RDS.

-- java.lang.RuntimeException: org.springframework.web.client.ResourceAccessException: I/O error on POST request for "https://.oci.oraclecloud.com/<ORDS_INSTANCE>/ords/cecs/internal/pubinjector/setbundlestatus": Unexpected end of file from server
-- Connection prematurely closed BEFORE response


Steps to Reproduce
-----------------------
1. Log in to the RDS console
2. Execute any select in the database and you will see that it is extremely slow.
