MFCS Integration Error When Adjusting Tsf Receiving In SIOCS (Doc ID 3071796.1)

When attempting to receive a warehouse to store transfer in SIOCS, an unexpected item is added to the transfer receipt after which SIOCS publishes an RmsTransferReceipt message to MFCS via DirectDB integration. The data is then process in MFCS where the following error occurs.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Prerequisites:

MFCS & SIOCS - DIrectDB integration
WMS, MFCS & SIOCS - RIB integration

1. Transfer is created in MFCS & is integrated into SIOCS
2. Submit a shipment from Warehouse to Store that get integrated to MFCS & SIOCS
3. Transfer & ASNInCre messages processed in MPS_STAGED_MESSAGE
4. Log into SOCS MAF UI
5. Select Transfer Receiving > Create Receipt & receive the items from the TSF
6. Confirm the Receipt
7. RmsTransferReceipt Message published to MFCS
8. Go back to the Transfer Receipt and select Adjust
9. Add an unexpected item to the receipt and confirm
10. RmsTransferReceipt Message generated and published to MFCS

Due to this issue, transfer receipt completed in SIOCS fails in MFCS and does not update the SOH.
