Symptoms

On 24.08.01 batch execution for FTP Extract for ASSET data through Data Management Interface (DMI) Designer/Data view is not working.
Have created DMI view form for FSI_D_Asset table extraction and added this as task in batch to extract FTP data and FTP extraction was working through Batch execution earlier before upgrade to V24.08.01.

The FSI_D_ASST data extraction is not working through Batch execution. The batch is hanging in Ongoing state and FTP extraction is unsuccessful.

From the batch logs, during success, ReportInstanceID was passing but in current execution ReportInstanceID is passing as 0.

ERROR

From failed Batch Execution Log:

Scheduler Service: Target service responded: {"MESSAGE":"Request
Accepted","STATUS":"received","reportInstanceId":"0"}

New batch was also created and same is ongoing and ends in batch execution with: Scheduler Service: Target service responded: {"MESSAGE":"Request Accepted","STATUS":"received","reportInstanceId":"0"}

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Data Management Tool -> Data Management Interface -> Designer View
2. Create new DMI with type 'Data Exporter' for FSI_D_ASSETS
3. Create a new batch / task in for the same in Operations And Processes -> Scheduler
4. Schedule the batch for execution
