Symptoms

When attempting to access Unifier Users observe the following error:

ERROR

"The system is not available. Contact your system administrator."

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Attempt to login using the impacted user.
  2. Observe the aforementioned error.
