Duplicate Groups found at the Project/Shell Level

Symptoms
There are duplicate names found in the Groups node at the Project/Shell level.
While there are no Steps To Reproduce, the issue can be observed by taking the following steps:
- Navigate to the impacted Project/Shell in Admin mode.
- Click on 'User Administration > Groups'.
- Notice that there are Groups that have the same Name.
