Goal
Customer intention to identify promotional offers which they can provide to Perks customer whose are present in their loyalty app.
How can we create such promotion offer or flag any special offer which can be provided to Perks customers. Please suggest.
If we can have a flag Perks promotions, we will then be able to read this data in SES which will allow the tills to identify perks promotions.
Is Campaign functionalities in RPM can help to achieve this, if yes, how can we create campaign please suggest. If campaign can't achieve this then how to achieve it.
