Goal

FTS issue: allowRead stays false, requiring manual reprocessing, affecting ReSA logic

There is an issue with Oracle FTS where files are not processed until the allowRead attribute is set to true. The issue arises due to scan failures (Odav service failure), which prevent files from being picked up automatically. As a result, manual intervention is required to monitor and reprocess these files, complicating workflows and impacting critical ReSA functionality, particularly the "Reopen Store Day" logic.

Multiple RTLOG files have exhibited this behavior, failing several times before eventually succeeding. The affected files remain in a failed scan status, requiring deletion and re-upload to resolve. This behavior adds significant overhead to the process, reduces automation reliability, and increases the risk of errors.

Error Details:
Files Affected: RTLOG files (e.g., RTLOG_20250126194353.zip, RTLOG_20250124233352.zip).
Error Message: "Odav service failure for file ".
Scan Status: Failed.
Impact: Increased manual workload, dependency on monitoring, and delayed processing.
