Symptoms
After upgrade to 24C, after successful export and import of DMI template, DMI template is missing.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Object Migration export -- shows SUCCESS
2. Run Object Migration import -- shows SUCCESS
3. Check for imported DMI template
