Best Terms Date Is Null On The Credit Note Created Against Credit Note Request Cost

Symptoms
On : 19.3 version, Document Creation
After Matching, sometimes Best Terms and Best Terms Date is not populated for Credit Notes.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create CRDNC(Create note request cost ) in ReIM.
2. Executed reim_rollup_job and reim_posting_job.
3. DEBMEC gets created in ReIM.
3. Let the overnightly batch run as per the schedule and VDATE change
4. Create CRDNT in ReIM.
5. Run reim_credit_note_automatch_batch to match the CRDNT and CRDNC
6. Run reim_rollup_job and reim_posting_job.
7. CRDMEC get created in REIM
8. Note that best terms date available on CRDMEC and DEBMEC but not CRDNT.
