Missing Data To Add New Rounding Rule

Symptoms
On : 25.0 version, Pricing - Foundation
After upgrade to 25.0.101, you are unable to add new rounding rules to Pricing as
the Status and exception level boxes contain no data
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1 - Open Pricing
2 - Go to Foundation Data -> Rounding Rules
3 - Click to create a new rule
4 - In the configuration Screen the dropdownboxes are empty:
Status
Exception Level
