Symptoms

After FTP batch execution for 30-SEP-2024, found the batch was successful and rates written to FSI_D_ASSET table but no entry is generated in FTP_O_CASH_FLOW_OUTPUT_HIST table. There are several records where the FTP rate is expected to be based on cash flow based methodologies.
Since the rates are getting assigned it is assumed that all the tasks were successful.

When executed the same FTP batch for other as of dates and everything went as expected and this seems to be a one off case.

Steps To Replicate:
1. Ran FTP Process twice for 30-SEP-2024 as of date.
2. During the first execution, the cashflows got generated and logged in FTP table, hence the Transfer Rates are applied on the account.
3. Re-run the same FTP process the second time for the same as of date and found no cash flow generated in FTP_O_CASH_FLOW_OUTPUT_HIST table.
