Symptoms

When attempting to run "Send P6 project data to Primavera Cloud for Schedule" business flow, the following error occurs.

ERROR

The ERP Provider error is below:
com.oracle.pgbu.pdi.provider.ProviderException: Error occurred while saving project data to Primavera Cloud Error invoking rest service method in Rest Utils - xxxxxx failed to respond

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into OPC.
  2. Navigate to open workspace/project->Integration->Synchronize.
  3. Run "Send P6 project data to Primavera Cloud for Schedule" and monitor it completed in Failed status.
