Activity Page Keeps Loading For One User (Doc ID 3072862.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

One specific user cannot load activity page  for all projects. Other pages like the WBS page are working fine, but the activity page keeps loading without showing any data.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect the user can load activity page successfully.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into OPC.
  2. Navigate to open project->Scheduled->Activity.
  3. The page keeps loading with circling.
