Goal

The customer has an access role (NS_OUTPUT) that they want to migrate. It has been added to a specific file.
When importing this in another environment with 'disable delete by omission' CHECKED, they receive 'GEN-ORA-00001","GEN-ORA-00001: This ""Access Restriction Grant"" already exists"'.
When importing into another environment with 'disable delete by omission' UNchecked, it works fine.
The same role can not be overwritten. Why is this occurring?
