Goal

Unable to launch the JMS Console in both Stage and Production environments.

When attempting to access the console, the page does not load as expected and just comes up with a blank page.

Environment Details:
Stage JMS Console URL: <URL>/<ENVIRONMENT>-rics/jms-console

Issue Observed:
The JMS Console page does not open when accessed.
No error message is displayed on the UI, or it fails to load entirely with a blank screen.
