Symptoms
Following the update to 25.0.101.0 the SIOCS FTS screen displays the following error when a user tries to upload a file to the /imports prefix or view files on the other prefixes.

Steps to Reproduce:
Prerequisities: User has the following IDCS groups assigned.
- psraf_users
- psraf_admin_users
- In EICS access File Transfer Service
- Error message is shown
