Symptoms
When attempting to run scheduled 'GenerateUnitAmountStockCount_OpsJob' in POM UI the following error occurs.

ERROR AbstractJobExecutor - An exception occurred :oracle.retail.apps.oam.common.rest.exception.ReSTInvocationException: Forbidden
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. The job GenerateUnitAmountStockCount_OpsJob is scheduled to run at 23:00 in POM.
2. Job fails on 12/24 and again on 12/25.
Due to this issue, users cannot get stock counts extracted on the scheduled dates.
