Symptoms
On: MFCS/RMS 24.1.401.0 version, Merch - Procurement - Order and Contracts
An error was detected when creating a purchase order.
An error when clicking on details, and another error when clicking on cancel.
Error

"The required input parameter IO_tax_calc_tbl of program GTS_TAX_SQL.GET_TAX is null."
Steps to Recreate
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Task>Orders>Create order
2. Fill information with supplier.
3. Click on details.
4. The error appear.
5. Click on cancel button.
6. The error appear.
