Symptoms
When creating Order from existing for closed order, getting "Error ORA-02291: integrity constraint (RMS01.ORE_ORS_FK) violated" error .
Steps to recreate :
----------------------
Step 1 - Orders > Manage Orders > Supplier Site xxxxxxx> Search
Step 2 - Selecting a Closed Order xxxxxx> Actions > Create from Existing
Step 3 - Notice that the Pop-up on Order tab with Error Message "Error ORA-02291: integrity constraint (RMS01.ORE_ORS_FK) violated - parent key not found returned by program unit ORDER_SETUP_SQL.CREATE_FROM_EXISTING." error thrown.
