APCS - Commit Not Working After Updating to 25.1.101.0 (Doc ID 3074008.1)

Symptoms

After updating to 25.1.101.0, and processing the below, the status sticks on in progress and does not proceed to either success or failed:

1. Log in to APCS
2. Build any workbook
3. Wait for the Workbook to be built
4. Open workbook
5. Apply any changes
6. Close and Commit the Workbook



Changes

Environment updated to 25.1.101.0 and an app rebuild
