When attempting to move a Business Process record to the next step the following is returned to an Errors and Warnings dialog box occurs:

The sum of the Costed lines must be equal to the value in the Line item for [Column Name] field.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to the impacted Business Process record.
2. Open the Detail form and observe for the impacted Line Item column the sum is 0.
3. Observe for the children line items the sum is also 0, matching the parent line item.
4. Attempt to move the record to the next step.
5. Observe the aforementioned.
