When attempting to send a Payment Application record to the next step the following error occurs:

ERROR

The sum of the Costed lines must be equal to the values int he Line Item for Changer Order # field.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to the impacted Project.
2. Find the impacted Business Process record.
3. Attempt to send the record to the next step.
4. Observe the aforementioned error.
