Symptoms
On: MFCS/RMS 25.0.101.0 version
When you use the Get OrgHier Details endpoint without any parameters, you encounter the field ACTION is populated with the expected values (INSERT, UPDATE, or DELETE). However, when you perform the call with a specific OrgHier Level, the field returns a "null" value .
Service Endpoints:
/services/foundation/orghier - ACTION field being populated correctly
/services/foundation/orghier/{orgLevel} - ACTION field returning "null"
Steps to Reproduce

1. Call the API with OrgHier level parameter
2. No value for ACTION field
