Goal

This has been see with IPO_PRE_BATCH_W_JOB and IPO_POST_BATCH_D_JOB, but it could occur with other JOBs on v25. The JOB is "long running" for many hours and the corresponding task log in OAT (RPASCE Task Dashboard) does not show any activity.
