The Transaction ID Link For Stock Counts Does Not Reroute To The Stock Count Like It Should (Doc ID 3074450.1)

Symptoms

On : 24.1.301.1 version, Inventory Management > Transaction History

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The Transaction ID link for Stock Counts does not reroute to the stock count like it should. It does nothing or pops up a message that the lock is held but when you click Yes it does not take you to the page.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the hyperlink to navigate the user to Stock Count Authorization details.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.Log into EICS
2.Select hamburger → Inventory Management
3.Select Transaction History
4. Filter by “Stock Counts”
5. Select a Transaction ID
6. Nothing happens
7. Select another Transaction ID (same or another) and “Break Lock” message appears

Optional
- Select “Yes” to break lock
- Nothing happens

Due to this issue, users cannot get to the Stock Count details using the hyperlink.
